L to R
Fr. George Keith (Ret), Fr. David Madsen (Rector), Fr. Michael Plekon (Ret)
St. Barnabas is blessed to have three priests (two retired) as vital members of our worship committee. Our Rector is Fr. David Madsen who comes to us from St Albans in El Cajon. Fr Madsen has established himself as a leader in service to the community particularly with his work with Welcome Ministry. Fr. Madsen has a passion for taking the ancient traditions that we love and cherish and making them relevant to the people we serve today. Fr. George Keith (Ret) is a retired resident of Borrego Springs and valued member of our community. In addition to his priestly experience he has extensive theatrical training and experience which he employs to make his sermons "must see" listening. He brings God to the People and the People to God.
Fr. Michael Plekon (Ret) also volunteers his services to St Barnabas. Fr. Plekon is a priest, professor, author, sociologist and theologian who has published more than a dozen books. He is a valued meber of the Borrego Community and is also co-chair of the Borrego Ministers Association.

Margaret Ligget is the Clerk.. The Vestry conducts the temporal business and affairs of the church corporation.
